Here are the services we typically offer, although we can perform others, at your request:

  • Providing Free software to protect against future virus and spyware infection
  • Providing Free software to help prevent access to your computer via the internet
  • Creation of individual user profiles to minimize damage caused by children (Windows XP and newer)
  • Configuration of your wireless network to prevent connections by unauthorized parties
  • Recommending ways to safeguard your children while they are online
  • Performing general maintenance on your home computer
  • Providing personal shopper service - to protect you from unscrupulous sales people
  • One-on-one Tutoring in your home or office

We charge a set fee (plus sales tax) for all the services noted above (excluding tutoring and web design, which are billed hourly).   You will never be billed extra for any selected service, no matter how long it takes to fix your problem.  Some services can be combined for a reduced fee.   For specific pricing details, please ask.

In order to maintain our low prices, we do not extend credit.   Payment by cash, cheque or paypal (credit card) will be due upon completion of the service call.
